What it is
A solar battery stores the electricity your panels generate during the day so you can use it when you need it most: at night, during peak-rate hours, or in a power cut. LithTech batteries use LiFePO4 (lithium iron phosphate) cells — the safest and longest-lasting chemistry on the market: they won't catch fire, they withstand more than 6.000 full cycles, and they retain over 80% of their capacity after 15 years of use. LithTech's stackable modular design lets you expand capacity from 5 kWh to 30 kWh simply by adding modules, without replacing the original unit. They communicate with Solis inverters via CAN-bus protocol for intelligent charge and discharge management.

1. During the day, your Eurener solar panels produce more electricity than you consume. 2. The Solis inverter detects the surplus and directs the excess energy to the LithTech battery. 3. The battery stores that energy in LiFePO4 cells, with a charge/discharge efficiency of over 95%. 4. At night, when the panels aren't producing, the battery automatically supplies electricity to your home. 5. If the grid goes down, the LithTech battery switches over in less than 10 ms to keep your critical circuits running.

Battery prices are rising in stages
